Raw Ohio Maple Syrup (no fillers, synthetics, or fake junk – just maple tree sap that is boiled down to tasty syrup)

This Ohio Maple Syrup is a labor of love on a 5 acre plot of family land with about 160 sugar maples in Aurora, Ohio. Kristina’s grandfather has been creating this syrup every year for the past 17+ years . At 91 he is no longer involved in making the syrup but family still gathers yearly to boil sap into syrup. At the end of the cold Ohio winter, when the ground begins to thaw they are tapped. Sap is gathered daily with 300 two gallon pails and boiled down for 7 hours to make this delicious maple syrup. This year (2024) was not a great year for syrup production as the winter was milder than usual and the ground didn’t go into as heavy of a freeze. But, Cindy (Kristina’s mom) still completed her annual “maple syrup run” in April to bring back delicious quarts of syrup.

Limited Availability.

Raw syrup is unrefined, solids will settle and this is very normal. Refrigerate after opening.
