Mixture of swiss chard leaves. Tender with a bitter taste when eaten raw. Once cooked, the bitterness dissipates, turning into a mild, sweet taste similar to spinach. Swiss chard can be steamed or used in soups, or as an addition to salads and sandwiches.
To keep your greens fresh for longer always store them in a closed container or bag, in a high humidity environment (95-100%) at 34-36ºF.
